Dead link in instructions

In the setup instructions, under Create an AWS Keypair, there is a link to a version of an AWS quickstart guide that is no longer available. "To create a key pair, see Prepare an AWS Account."

Is there an updated link with instructions to create this keypair?

this is a fake module, never worked, in fact they install magento in user data, this is a sign that there is no understanding of how everything works.
