Feature request: Add support for Houdini + Redshift on SMF #273

Describe the problem
The current integration of Houdini does not come with Houdini for Redshift Conda Package which is why Houdini _ Redshift on SMF is not supported.
Proposed Solution
Add support for Redshift Conda Package for Houdini + Redshift renders to work on SMF.
Example Use Cases
I listed the conda packages in deadline-cloud bucket but could not find Houdini-Redshift package in there.
