Bug: Conda pacakge versions aren't updated when opening files between Houdini versions

Describe the bug

The pre-populated text with the version of Houdini conda package in the submitter is not updated when you open files between Houdini versions.

Expected Behaviour

Have the conda package text match the Houdini version being submitted from

Current Behaviour

The stored version number in the hip file is used. I.e. If a Houdini 19.5 hip file is opened in Houdini 20.5 the conda package field remains 'houdini=19.5.*'

Reproduction Steps

Save a hip file with the Deadline Cloud submitter node in one version of Houdini then open it another.

Environment

At minimum:

1. Operating system: Mac Sonoma 14.7
2. Version of Houdini: 19.5 and 20.5
   3: Version of this package: 0.7.3
3. If this is from a version installed by the Deadline Cloud Submitter installer, then what version of the submitter installer? Installed via pip install

Please share other details about your environment that you think might be relevant to reproducing the bug.

Seems to be more at play here, I'm also noticing that the HIP file and output directory are baked into the scene file and not dynamic based on whichever file is open. We could update all of these at once.
