Update fails with "Internal Failure" when VPCConfig property is modified #23
Description
If the VPCConfig property of AWS::Synthetics::Canary resource is modified, the update fails with "Internal Failure".
Looking at the UpdateCanary API, we can see that VpcConfig is modifiable. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonSynthetics/latest/APIReference/API_UpdateCanary.html
Also, no UpdateCanary API call is made when the VPCConfig property of AWS::Synthetics::Canary resource fails to update with Internal Failure.
