LEDs does not Work

I first had an ESP32 which worked fine. I then get a new TV so I built a new setup with the RP2040 Scorpio. It work from the beginning. However, from time to time one LED became black and didnt forward the signal, so I had to cut the LED and solder a new one in. In on of the sessions, I forgot to turn the power off and probably did a shortcut. Since then I have not been able to get it work again. I replaced both, the Raspberry PI and the RP2040 Scorpio but it still does not work (even with a new LED Strip). I tried to measure the Output of the Data Pin but its 0 or 0.05 while an effect is running. Power Supply works. Has anybody any Idea :( Thanks

1 make sure the software is up and running, and you have statistics from rp2040:

2 you cant measure data line on Scorpio without an oscilloscope at least, just make sure you have +5v on the LED strip
3 maybe it'a a new issue and your new LED strip came with a have broken connector: this problem has been occurring quite often lately , but before replacing make sure you test other things first. Without a provided diagram thats all. Good luck!
