Add signal generators

It would be handy to have signal generation functions like audmath.modulated_signal(), which implements a amplitude and frequency modulation as we currently have in audsp.am_fm_synth().

Maybe also audmath.white_noise() or audmath.noise() as I never remember the numpy call I have to make.
