Straightforward question here I think - just confirming - if a battery is attached and the USB-C is plugged in, D1 is red. I assume that this means that the battery is being charged, is that correct? (or is it the self-destruct sequence!) |

That's correct. The LEDs are wired directly up to the TP4047 |
