Hard wired limited numbers of PDOs.

Hello,
please correct me if I'm wrong, but source code analysis shows (so far) that the library supports only limited number of T/RPDOs. E.g. just 4 and 4 as required by spec. for configuration process. Although my ESD comes with its own set of T/RPDOs, they do not seem to be created during the application runtime.
