[P2] Serialization for EDS content

Maybe don't use EDS file in the embedded environment in the future. Can provide tools to do the EDS <=> binary file conversions, and use the binary file in MCUs.

Additional ways may be:

• use tool to generate Rust code handling/supporting provided EDS (E.g. EDS editor generating object dictionary code)
• develop Rust macros to support EDS -> Rust transformation during the compile time
