Migrate README Docs to Website & Add MCP Support (Cursor/Windsurf) #462

@adydetra

Description

@adydetra

The docs for Nuxt Auth Utils are currently in the README—please move them to a lightweight docs website (e.g., using Nuxt Content) with clear nav, search, and examples (install, config, SSR/CSR, tokens, middleware).

At the same time, add MCP integration so AI editors like Cursor and Windsurf can read the docs and provide inline help/scaffolds.

As reference, Nuxt UI already showcases MCP support https://ui.nuxt.com/docs/getting-started/ai/mcp

Sorry, I’m not able to implement both as pull request, this is just a suggestion from me, hopefully useful as an idea 👍.
