Describe the bug.

There are some tools cards on the website that currently do not display the available links to the GitHub repository, documentation, and website. It would be beneficial to add these links to provide more information to the users.

Expected behavior

Each tools card should contain links to the corresponding GitHub repository, documentation, and website.
The links should be clearly visible and accessible.

How to Reproduce

1.Visit the AsyncAPI website.
2.Navigate to the tools section on the website.
3.Identify the tools cards that are missing the GitHub repository, documentation, and website links.
