https://github.com/asylumexp/debian-ifupdown2-lxc Try create the lxc manually using the image above and the gui to create the lxc I’ve never encountered the error that you’re talking about. Can you try provide logs? |

I think the issue is caused by me having the Pi as part of a cluster and all the other nodes use ZFS for the install. While that works fine in itself, this warning presents itself when the Pi used and does not present itself when the Pi is not part of a cluster. I also found that manual deleting an LXC rather than using the GUI also works fine. |

When I create (say) an LXC, the script always announces "no such logical volume pve/data" so I select a volume to put the contain root disk on and all is well. However I'd like to avoid this error, so is there some assumption about the scripts that I'm not following? In a similar way, if I delete a container from the volume I created, I get an error "TASK ERROR: no such logical volume pve/data" and I cannot remove the lxc.
I'm sure I'm missing a step, so any advice appreciated.
