Z-Wave JS UI LXC inaccessible web interface

he script installs correctly but when I want to open the zwave js ui interface with http://"IP":8091 the site is inaccessible.
I don't understand why?

This site is inaccessible
192.168.1.171 does not allow connection.
Here are some tips:

Check connection
Vérifier le proxy et le pare-feu
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
