Screenshots don't work in Wayland: Returns all-black image

This is probably a limitation of GNOME-screenshot, but I don't know how to use that directly. Basically, on Fedora 40 spin KDE Plasma 6.1, screenshot() returns an all black image, correctly sized for my monitor.
