All but one DAG failing

I am seeing all but one DAG failing:

Steps to replicate:

1. Clone repository and start Airflow instance

git clone https://github.com/astronomer/cosmos-demo.git
cd cosmos-demo
astro dev start

2. Unpause all DAGs in the UI
