[Spike] Explore remaining native paths #35

Please describe the feature you'd like to see
Right now, what we consider native paths are done by treating the database as a destination because they are inspired by SDK's load_file().
Describe the solution you'd like
Since UTO caters to larger cases of transfers. We should explore other possible natives paths:
GCS -> S3
Bigquery -> S3
Snowflake -> S3
S3 -> GCS
Bigquery -> GCS
Snowflake -> GCS
Acceptance Criteria
- Document other possible native paths
- Create tickets with relevant tickets
