Make GX Provider compatible with Airflow 3.0

By January 2025, we'll have Airflow 3.0 alpha releases.
We need to ensure the GX Provider will be compatible with this new version of Airflow.

Ideally, this will work for the GX 0.3/0.4 providers and the 1.0.0a one.
