When red_knot will have ecosystem checks?

I know that in opposite to ruff, red_knot needs to have venv configured so it is harder to use.

I already checked my python projects with it and looks that currently ruff reports a lot of false positives(in screenshot is pytest project) and I would like to check the progress that this application is making with each PR

We plan to set up an ecosystem check once we have a more complete type system because. Without it, it's kind of expected that there are a lot of false positives, and the ecosystem check wouldn't give us much signal.
