Creating an issue for the previously discussed update to the linear progression logic to also account for weight, rather than only reps.
Currently, if the target reps for an exercise are met in linear progression, the program will increase the weight per the lp configuration, even if the target weight is not met.
The change would be helpful so that when you manually decrease the weight (e.g., to accommodate injury or general training readiness) and meet the rep goals, the target weight does not increase at the end of your workout.
Note: I’ve only tested this behavior with lp, not dp, so this challenge may be there as well.
