Consider making it possible to name functions used in update and progress

Right now you can use custom() {} and then reuse it on other exercises.

However, it can be a little hard to read when it is like this if the exercises are not close together:

Instead it could maybe be possible to do something like this:

Then if I reuse it, I will just do:

Test: Deadlift / 1x5 / update: my_custom_function_name_that_tells_what_the_function_does() / progress: my_custom_progress_with_a_descriptive_name()
