Custom side menu links

First of all, thanks for the great library. It would be excellent to have the ability to easily add custom side menu links. I have seen JET_SIDE_MENU_ITEMS; however, i wouldn't want to put all existing apps there and keep it updated always, instead i would prefer to have a way just to append any other custom link.

you can simply add any custom page by providing URL as under Report -> Items.
