Can GPTR be configured at the module layer rather with Environment Variables?

• I'm working on a large project where GPTR is just one of several AI solutions.
• I feel like most of the the GPTR environment variables don't need to be secrets from a security perspective, and they are polluting my already long .env file with extra lines.
• If possible I would prefer to configure my GPTR instance at the module level rather than globally using env variables.

Can anyone tell me if this is supported?
