add block display to asdf info #1923
Description
libasdf has an option to display block contents: asdf-format/libasdf#2
Add a similar option to asdf info. This certainly makes sense for the command line tool (where a filename is the input) but I'm not sure (and doubtful) that it would be informative for AsdfFile.info (where the concept of blocks is more removed from the info tree).
