Upgrade embedded Mermaid to v11+

The plugin is currently using Mermaid v10.4.0 (released on Aug 25, 2023).
A more recent version (v11.9.0) is available, which introduces several new diagram types.

Newly supported diagrams include:
ZenUML, XY Chart, Block Diagrams, Packet Diagram, Kanban, Architecture, Radar, and Treemap.

Could you please consider upgrading the embedded Mermaid JS to a more recent version?

@Trylobajt - upgrading to 11.9.0 is fine, I'm adding this to the next release. ZenUML requires to load another JS library, I will need to look into that separately. I'll update this issue once a pre-release is available.

Version 0.44.8 of the plugin is now available with an updated version of mermaid. While it will not solve all diagrams, it will solve some.

At the moment mermaid is enabled only upon a user request. Do you think it is mature enough to eventually enable it by default?

The diagrams I needed are working perfectly now.

I'm a new user of both AsciiDoc and the IntelliJ plugin, so I'm not sure if my opinion on "maturity" carries much weight.

• Rendering of all the diagrams I use looks good. If I understand correctly, the plugin uses Mermaid's official JS directly, so I wouldn't expect any major issues.

• That said, before enabling it by default, I would suggest improving the export behavior for PDF/DOCX/HTML.

  • At first glance, it's not obvious that if the built-in Mermaid renderer is enabled, you also need to enable Kroki for PDF/DOCX export to work properly. When I first looked at it, the two options seemed mutually exclusive to me. So perhaps just a message or note in the settings tab would help. Something like "Kroki is needed for PDF/DOCX export"
  • The main issue, though, is that HTML export doesn’t work at all when both renderers are enabled.
    If the built-in Mermaid renderer is active, I’d suggest including a link to the official Mermaid JS in the exported HTML and letting the browser render the diagrams. If that would be too complicated, maybe just fall back to using Kroki as you're already doing for PDF/DOCX. Or even for HTML when built-in Mermaid is not enabled.

Exporting from the plugin isn’t my main use case, but I see this as something that affects whether it can be considered "mature."
I can open a new issue for this if you’d like.
