Having an insert fx for midinote synth

Simplest way would be to have an fx group (group 2) after the synth group (group 1) and another Load button for the synthdef used as fx in that group (only enabled when plugincollider is used as instrument and not fx)

Another option would be to always have a new Load button for adding a new fx to the chain so that several fxs can be added. It is not so necessary because several fxs can be joined in a single synthdef.

For the next version (after 0.3), I'm thinking out loud about what should be prioritized...

Implementing insert FX (SynthDef chaining) now that Tree View UI is done, it should be straightforward.

Experimenting with a VST3/CLAP bundle where the scsynth plugins could be packaged within the VST3/CLAP plugin. This would eliminate the current STATIC_PLUGINS requirement (and libsndfile static need). Some CMake tweaks would be needed afterward. It is not guarantee to work...
