Roast properties -- volume calculations

I started a spread sheet where I store roast properties. I've been trying to generate the volume percent without success. Maybe looking at it too closely. If anyone has it figured out, please provide the equation to manually determine the percent difference(?) of the volume points. That's the internally generated 4th item in the volume row.

you mean -52.4? That's simply -1 * (1 - 349/733.5)

Solved it. I had incorrectly transcribed values into the spread sheet. Does dyslexia get worst with age???
