Statistics data below x-axis not displaying correctly

Hey, folks. I've been using Artisan for about a year now. On my curves I used to get roast date, moisture loss, and batch weight displayed under the x-axis. However recently i am getting Energy and CO2 displayed under the x-axis and I haven't changed anything, so not sure why the displayed data has changed all of the sudden (see screenshot). I don't know how to get back to having the roast date, time, batch size, and weight loss displayed.

Which version are you using?
Have you performed an update recently?
Have you reloaded the settings file?

I just downloaded the latest version (3.2) but it started doing this before the update. I do have the ‘Characteristics’ box checked as indicated. That is why this is so puzzling.

It seems you need to read the user manual carefully. Move the mouse to the area you're confused about and right-click to see the options.

I appreciate the tip. Maybe I am blind, but I read through the statistics section multiple times and the right-click option wasn't mentioned, or at least I didn't see it. Either way, thank you for your help. Problem solved!

I've been using Artisan for several years now. I can hardly believe it. I've read all the available documentation, but I was completely unaware of this right-click function.
For years, this line has simply displayed the name of the registered roaster machine from the properties settings. So I never paid much attention to it and didn't expect any other information there.
Okay, the documentation isn't perfect. And let's face it, Artisan is constantly evolving. It's open source. Who's going to update the documentation with all those changes? We should actually think about donating more often, not just at Christmas.

I've discovered many features by regularly following the development on GitHub.
