your image hasn't loaded. But that's unlikely to help. This is not an Artisan issue, but a ROASTER specific issue. There is something wrong with your roaster - since you didn't mention anything about what the roaster is, there's not much we can help shed light on. But usually there's three components that affect this, maybe more or less depending on what style of roaster you have. While the Artisan community has a lot of experienced roasters with varied machine knowledge, often you'll get a more targetted answer if you use a method/forum of peers who have the same roaster (whatever you have) as they may have faced the same issue. |

What ever I do, I cannot duplicate the same profiling for my beans, at first I thought it's the beans that change,but all my profiled beans can't achieve the right profile. MY CHART IS ALWAYS GOING DOWN, meaning it's not getting enough heat, I tried everything to the point that I
max charge to 230°c
100% DRUM SPEED
100% heat
5% air
Through out the roast but the first crack always end up so late
