Can not change power setting

hello, can someone please help me? I'm learning to use Artisan but the power setting for the machine its set to 100 and cant change it, everytime I set another number it bounces back to 100

You not even mention which Artisan version and machine setup (there more than 200!) you are running. Hard to help without any further information.

Sorry didnt know it was so important, just seem like a software issue. im using skywalker v2, with artisan 3.2.0
I have roasted without issue with the native system, but on artisan I cant change temperature on roast

The Skywalker v2 roaster is not included in the list of products supported by Artisan. Ask the manufacturer for the operation instructions.
It is highly similar in operation to the legacy Kaleido roasting .
