We have recently brought a 2023 (bluetooth) BC24 Roaster. It is installed and the roaster itself appears to operate normally. OMRON’s show the Bean and environment temperatures. Nothing unusual. However, we cannot get Artisan to operate correctly. Here are the steps I have been through:

Installed correct version Artisan for my up to date MacBook version 3.1.4. Installed the CP341 Mac OS driver for the BC roaster set up.
I have setup Artisan for a BC roaster using the config-machine-BC Raoster. Selected com port as dev/cu.BC_Machine (I am assuming this is correct- I have tried all other ports with no luck).
I can connect to the Bluetooth signal no issues.
Then when I start a roaster the displays “modbus communications error”
See the pics. Overall we have been using Artisan on our old roaster, with the occasional glitch but nothing like this.
One weird observation is that when I first installed Artisan, set it up, including the driver, it worked. Then when I stopped and restarted artisan it did not work. I tried with a second computer and it did the same, worked for one cycle.
Welcome any help!
