What OS are you using? Are you sure you are connected to the correct comm port? The Comm Port setting can be found under Config>> Port>> Modbus tab? |

Thank you Dave! I was not connected to the correct comm port. It allowed me to connect for a moment but is now showing the following error: |

I am trying to set connect a new 15 kilo Mill City. I have the Digital Control Panel 1200 and am selecting this preset from the machines list, but am still encountering a "MODBUS disconnected" error or "failed to connect" error. I am on the latest version of artisan 3.1.0. Any tips for troubleshooting?
