Artisan Schedule Error when opening module

I have successfully used the Artisan Plus scheduler in the past, but today when opening View>Schedule in Artisan, I get the following error:

I see the super-imposed number of pending roasts in the Artisan icon in my Windows Taskbar, but I'm unable to open the actual Schedule pane/module in Artisan itself. Has anyone else has this issue or found a workaround?

Jason, could you please file a proper issue on this giving all required information on your setup such that we have a chance to resolve this?

The package trying to format dates in a nice locale-aware fashion seems not to be able to load some of its support files on your platform (which is unknown to us).
