Add a static website for visualizing current spec pass rates, historical trends #1
Description
I'd love to put together a website to visualize spec pass rates over time.
I'm imagining something like rust-toolstate: https://rust-lang-nursery.github.io/rust-toolstate/.
Maybe with some charts, maybe broken down by language/core/stdlib. Maybe broken down by class (e.g. String, ARGF, Regexp).
In terms of static site generation, something generated with eta + esbuild like the playground, www.artichokeruby.org, and rubyconf repositories would be something I'm comfortable maintaining.
