Remove timezone offset

Hi, how could I remove the timezone offset when selecting a date? I have the classical date issue: I'm located in GMT+1 and every time I select a date on the picker, it gives 1 hour less, therefore yielding one day less. I've tried using `format` and `formatOptions` following `date-fns` docs but no luck so far.
