USER-EXEC 3 when rename track file

I have weird problem.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open track list
* Delete **the last** (active) track _(this action will give you "file in use" error)_
* Rename also **the last** track

You will have panic `USER-EXEC 3`.

I can\`t reproduce this on emulator, **only on real phone** (N95).

**Note:** This bug exists in `develop` branch, not sure about `master`.
