Save toggle state

Expected Behavior

When the user toggles the menu to close and navigates to another page that uses the side menu, it would be nice for the menu to keep it's toggled state

Current Behavior

When user closes the side nav and navigates to another page, the side nav renders open

Possible Solution

Saving the state in which the side nav was previously in. If it was closed and a user navigates to another page, the side menu should still stay closed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Close the menu
2. Navigate to another page that uses the side menu
3. Observe the menu open on the next page
