Is there a way to change the editor controls' colors?

For example, on my website, I have a dark background, which makes it really tough for people to find the UI controls. Is there an option to change that? &mdash; e.g. the arrow keys being White. If there's no way currently, could you please point me to somewhere I could achieve this and then I'll create a PR with the necessary stuff.
