SKSE_HTTP failed to connect localhost #123

Mantela 0.13
Web-server working localhost:4999 and launched on the browser. (It’s ok)
But game did’t to connect mantella. Firewall disabled and port listening.
Latest version did work, but with some bags in mic input. That version
