Support muptiple roots for the single session analysis

That would be handy to configure several source roots for license header analysis, not just a single one. 
Currently the burden of several roots analysis orchestration lies on a client: one should trigger one liho's `AnalyzedTree`  per each source root and keep an eye on the summarizing report file at the same time.
