Switch to Apache 2.0 license

As LiHo became an isolated project with eclipse-independent build [plugging](https://github.com/arsysop/liho-gradle-plugin), it's better to change the license to a _lighter_ yet Eclipse-compatible one prior the first release. Apache 2.0 is the license of choice.
