2.0.0.Final

[rhusar]

We are happy to announce new version 2.0, which is finally based on Jakarta EE 10 and requires JDK 11 as the minimum. Apart from the Jakarta namespace, this brings in dependency and Arquillian core upgrades, internal cleanup such as moving to JUnit 5, and works with recent JDKs and targets WildFly 27 and all newer versions which are Jakarta EE 10-compliant. Huge thanks goes to @WolfgangHG for making this happen! Next version 2.1 will baseline on JDK 17.
