Preserve "Pinned Tabs" #17
Description
After closing and re-opening a window/tab group with some pinned tabs, the tabs are not pinned anymore. I expect them to be pinned after restoring the group.
Moreover, like in Firefox, Pinned tabs should be visible in all windows/tab groups
