Group empty when window re-opened

Version 0.10.0, Chrome version 22.0.1229.94 m.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start with two windows open, a few tabs in each window.
2. Open Tab Sugar, see two groups of tabs
3. Close one window
4. Re-open window via tab "reopen closed tab" menu item
5. Window re-opens but the group in Tab Sugar remains empty

Additionally I closed and re-opened Chrome and now Tab Sugar only shows one group, despite the second window being open.

Expected results: Tab group populated
