No groups/tabs show on Tab Sugar page

I open up Tab Sugar and get a mostly blank page, with just the updates in the bottom right and the thin menu bar on top. I have 9 other tabs open. I'm running OS X 10.6.4 and Chrome 6.0.472.55.

I tried Developer Mode, but no difference.

Could you try "Options > Developer mode > Reset Tab Sugar"?

I did once before, and it didn't help. I just did it again and got the following error:

After hitting force reload, it now seems to be working.

Actually, after closing the Tab Sugar tab and reopening it, it's blank again.

I also am experiencing this same error. I have tried resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting the browser. Nothing I do seems to help. If there is anything I can do to help debug this or provide more information please just let me know. Thanks for the very promising extension!

Just tried pressing F5 while on the Tab Sugar and I got a new group with all my tabs in it. Can't drag them into a new group but we will see if I can figure that problem out now.

It would be great if you could check the extension traces. I'm pretty sure there is an error in it.

Dashboard traces console looks ok (no errors).

As a matter of fact, I'd need more than only these errors.

On top of it, you may want to check your database by yourself:
from the the "Developer tools" popup, click on the "Storage" menu item, then display the "Tab Sugar" database on the upper-left, then check the content of both "groups" and "tabs" tables.

I am having this issue also. I can drag issues onto another pane, but have to refresh the page to see them (they seem to disappear after being dragged but aren't actually closed). I don't see any databases listed (I assume that's not normal?). I am running 9.0.576.0 dev. What's bizarre about this is when I enable the developer trace then refresh the page, the tab dragging seems to function normally.
