Scanning between 2 frequencies stored in memory?

Hi All,

First a huge thank you to Armel for the work you do here - amazing and appreciated.

Second, I am brand new to everything - radios, flashing firmware etc. Currently studying for UK Foundation.

I can scan between two frequencies entered in VFO mode. But I can’t figure out how to scan between 2 frequencies stored in memory. So, if I enter 146.000 in A and 148.000 in B, I can then show scan range (Button 5) and then long Press Scan button. But if I switch to Memory mode and recall say M001 into A and M002 into B I then can’t scan between those frequencies. Is this not possible or am I doing something wrong.

Hello and thank you.

Ok, it doesn’t work like that. Scanning between two memory channels doesn’t really make sense.
However, here’s what you can do:

1. Select your first memory channel on A
2. Press and hold the 1 Band key to copy it into VFO A mode
3. Select your second memory channel on B
4. Press and hold the 1 Band key to copy it into VFO B mode
5. Press and hold the 5 key (ScanRange)
