Small numbers on F4HWN 4.0 display

Hello,

I have a Quansheng UV-K5(8) running F4HWN 4.0 and I have a question about its display. Right below the battery charge indicator there are a few numbers. They can be 123, 23 or 0 (see the picture below and the red arrow). What do they mean? I tried to find out (I swear) but I think I got lost in the documentation. Thanks.
