issue pulling file

Im new to the engraving world so forgive me if i dont know much. i have an Acmer mini engraver and am unable to open a word file that i have created. ive saved it multiple ways and in multiple different files. it shows up when i acces it through word but when i try and open it through the lasergrbl no files are present. Is there something that im not doing?

Take a screenshot and you'll have the photo for engrave . This is the quickest and easiest way.
