Doc: Update the management-settings documentation #5756
Description
I understand why you are doing this as it looks more aligned with the dns_settings and the like to have it all in the same table but I feel like it makes the documentation less usable. Maybe we can keep it as is for this PR (as the table was missing and this was now caught!) but we should think about reoganising the management settings section for eos_designs to make it easier to find rather than this blob of a table.
