Load ROMs and BIOSs From Mounts

For self hosting: I was hoping for a way to ingest ROMs, BIOS, and anything else the app needs to play from a mount point.

The idea would be ROMs, BIOS, etc would be read only from one mount and config/save files would be saved to another writable mount point.
