Can parts of the UI be disabled when certain features are not enabled?

The UI still shows an "Event Sources" section and I get an error when clicking on it:

{"code":5,"message":"the server could not find the requested resource (get eventsources.argoproj.io)"}: the server could not find the requested resource (get eventsources.argoproj.io)

We don't have Argo Events installed and not sure we are going to. Is there any way to disable this section of the UI so users aren't presented with an error?
